Our Commitments
How does Francoise-Marie source their bags?
Currently we only work with one small supplier who is sourced by us personally. Our aim is to grow together by broadening our product offering with hats next to our bags. Hopefully we can achieve this by 2025.
How does Francoise-Marie ensure social responsibility?
As we only work with one supplier and work with limited inventory, we are able to make sure that the pay is fair and that the working conditions are sublime. We care for our women a lot and hence we are in regular direct contact.
How does Francoise-Marie reduce environmental impact?
All elements of our bag are locally sourced and fully natural. Also the colouring of our bags is fully natural, while being able to last for years.
How does Francoise-Marie ensure quality?
As we are sourcing the products ourselves and work with only one supplier, each and every back is hand-checked by us before being shipped to you. Yet, given our bags are fully natural and handcrafted, there will be differences from one bag to another. That's the beauty!

What is Francoise-Marie's return & refund policy?
Any order can be returned to us within 30 days. Please contact us before initiating your return via email, WhatsApp or Telegram. When returning an order, put the unused item(s) back in the original packaging, along with any other packing material - we will recycle it.
Any item not returned or returned incomplete, spoiled, broken, damaged, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. The costs related to returning will be on the customer's behalf. More info can be found in our Refund Policy.

Your personal data will be shared with our Payment Service Provider, Mollie for the processing of your order. Apart from this your data might also be processed by us for and by our trusted partners. We take all necessary safeguards, notably contractual, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the privacy and security of your data and to protect such data from any misrepresentation, damage, destruction or access by unauthorised third parties.
